This kit is very easy to install. The only downside was the hole for the airflow sensor. The hole was punched before bending the tube. Thus, the hole was elongated and interfered with the installation of the sensor sleeve. In terms of performance, it added about 10% fuel savings. I tested it with 4 tanks - couldn't get 275 on one tank and now I can do 325 miles.

Love the sound! I don't know if this increases performance as I don't have a way to test it. It was a relatively simple build and all the parts fit together. Looks and feels like good quality. Also looks good in the engine compartment. I didn't give 5 stars because the instructions aren't very good. There are a few details that have been missed and the photos are too dark. I watched a few videos on YouTube which really helped a lot.

Installation was easy. Once you know the simple mechanics, it won't take you more than 30 minutes. The only problem was putting the gasket on the heat shield. The 90 degree angle made the gasket difficult to attach and it didn't fit as properly/neatly as the straight edges. The intake sounds just right when coasting through and revving up. Acceleration is noticeable, but not sure about gas mileage. I then paired this with a dual tip Magnaflow catback exhaust. Sounds good. I have a 75 '16 JKU.

I'm a man and I know everything. Power has doubled and mpg and mph by at least 25%! Seriously, easy install, I used RTV (thread lock) on all threads, watched the boob tube video 20 times not to mess anything up and everything is fine, 2 drops of blood because of the sharp sheet metal. Perfect for 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited! The overall design and build quality was top notch as you would expect from a product like this. I installed this on my 2018 JKU Rubicon as the Jeep dealer suggested it would make up for the large tire difference in mileage and horsepower. I have to say it sounds good. Even hoarser, neighbors can't hear you walking down the street. I'm really not sure if it made a huge difference in performance since I changed it at the same time as the tires (changed from 255 to 35). My intuition tells me that the jeep has been making this motor for years and it was probably tuned to an air filter etc…

No problem with what was in the box. Everything was there and in good condition. The previous instructions explained the process skillfully in black and white. The only problem with the installation was screwing the nuts onto the two studs under the box. I'm 6ft 4" tall with proportionately long arms. I hardly got in touch to apply. Useful advice. Super glue the washers to the nuts so you don't try to drive them both. Can't speak to the increase in mileage yet, but will keep an eye on it…
