Adorable tenugui in kitchen and table linen

This Tenugui is absolutely adorable and is of the quality you would expect from an item like this. Other reviews of this product appear to have been written by people who had absolutely no idea what product they were buying or chose not to read the product description. Make sure you know what you are buying. Tenugui is a thin, multi-purpose fabric that doesn't compare to a regular towel sold in the US. They are about as thick as a piece of linen or cotton sheet, but woven a little more loosely. I find them perfect for summer and early fall outdoor work, but they can also be used as washcloths, hand towels, placemats or even wall hangings. Break. It is not recommended to cut them after washing, otherwise they will continue to wear out until there is nothing left.

Pros
  • Do not leave wet as colors may fade or stain other items.
Cons
  • I don't remember
