I wasn`t sure about buying this at first, but I'm so glad I did! The design is adorable and the tenugui is a perfect size for various kitchen uses .Through trial and error, I found that it's great for cleaning, serving, and even wrapping things up. The material is sturdy and holds up well after multiple washes. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey compared to other linens, but the quality and cuteness factor make it worth it..

This Tenugui is absolutely adorable and is of the quality you would expect from an item like this. Other reviews of this product appear to have been written by people who had absolutely no idea what product they were buying or chose not to read the product description. Make sure you know what you are buying. Tenugui is a thin, multi-purpose fabric that doesn't compare to a regular towel sold in the US. They are about as thick as a piece of linen or cotton sheet, but woven a little more loosely.
