The Good:Looks fantastic, build quality is superb. Packaging was some of the best ive seen! Double walled with sheets of wood to prevent damage during shipping. Accessories are of good quality, nice cutting board, drying rack and stainless strainer for food. Fit and finish is on par with any other "fancy" brand. This 16ga steel, and the sound deadening makes for a very good feel, and relatively quiet use.The Bad:Customer service is ok. In the packaging, I was missing the mounting clips to install, during contact with Lordear, they dont speak great english, as you would expect for a foreign made product, they took some time to ship them to me. They did fix the issue, so cant really say it was bad, just could have been expedited.The bottom of the sink does not have much slop to it. Its very slow to drain, and water tends to want to stand in the bottom and make rinsing debris out is a little trickier.Other Notes:This sink is DEEP. This made it tricky when installing, as I was unable to use the fancy strainer/drain included as its about 4" deep, making the overall depth of drain about 14" from surface, which would not have allowed enough slope to the in wall drain. Consider this if looking to purchase this sink! Lastly, cleaning is a bit difficult as the inside corners are 90° corners and not rounded. So cleaning food and stains from them is harder.
