Review on XYZprinting RFPLCXUS05C Da Vinci Jr by David Gibbs

I rarely write reviews like this, but this one is an exception. I have purchased spools made with XYZ printing, but the chip embedded in the spool cannot be read by my mini XYZ Da Vinci printer. However, my printer can read chips from other coils I've purchased in the past, so I know my printer is fine. I tried to contact their customer service on their phone number but it was "closed due to Covid". several months in a row. Repeated letters to her go unanswered. Unfortunately the return period has expired so I'm stuck on spools I can't use. I recently bought another roll from them. (Why did I do this after my previous bad experience? Because I'm stuck with a printer that can't use any other filament). This time I decided to check it out. The same problem must have occurred again. This time I made sure to return the coil immediately via Revain for a full refund. My recommendation to everyone: Just get a 3D printer that comes without built-in chips and proprietary filament. Otherwise, not only will you be overpaying for the floss, you'll be stuck with spools you can't use, can't return, and have to deal with a company that doesn't even respond to numerous emails asking for help answers.
