Amazing product. Don't listen to anyone who says it sucks, it's too expensive, or it's not worth it. I chose K&n because I think they are one of the best brands of cold air intake products. I received it in this huge box. It arrived well packaged. Transport damage as with other products is not possible. Definitely with a review. I took everything out of the box and it looked a little intimidating with all the details and instructions. But it was very straight forward. I read the manual and put together everything I could about the cold air intake. You will need a torx to remove the mass air flow sensor. You can't drive without it. I followed the instructions and removed my old air intake box. Then I installed a new one. I'm new to vehicles and would love this to be a great starter project if you're looking to learn something new. It was pretty easy. If you're not mechanical and like to build something, you can turn it off. The new cold air intake system looks very nice. When you start the engine, don't really think about it until you drive. I took it off after making sure nothing was loose or leaking and pressed down a little over halfway down the pedal. You can hear air flowing in. It's moderately noisy when you give it juice. He does what he has to do defensively. The throttle is a little more responsive and at 5000 rpm you'll notice a little more power. Sounds solid. What a pleasant growl. I invested in this rather than a black intake system because I think it looks so much better. The tube on the black K&n air cleaner is non-metallic, but that doesn't affect performance. You should pair this product with a new exhaust system or really try to tell the difference in sound and performance. Magnaflow comes highly recommended. Incidentally, the easiest way to install this system is to completely remove the battery and unplug the positive wire from the fuse box so you can get the filter inside the case. I later put them back on.
