Review on SupportFruit by Jared Bradford

The most helpful thing about this software was that I could create teams to deal with different customers at once without having multiple accounts or users in one account! It's very easy-to use but sometimes it can be hard when you are working from home because your coworkers might not know how an application works exactly (like creating new groups). But if they have used other applications like Zoom before then its pretty simple compared so their knowledge helps me get things done faster than doing them myself anyways.
