Connect the red wire to ACC Power, the black to ground and the third wire to KEY 1 on the stereo. Works great and now much safer to use the stereo. The plastic handle works great and can be very tight. It connects instantly and gets into my presses very quickly. The only thing that bothers me is the outer ring. You can program it to any input you want, I chose +/- volume and it works great. It's just that if you spin the wheel pretty fast, it doesn't send any input to the stereo, so you have to spin it pretty slowly. It doesn't really matter, but the volume control was half the reason I wanted it. The blue receiver box greatly increased the volume of the stereo wiring harness. It was enough that it was quite difficult to insert stereo. Something to think about if your stereo resonator is rather narrow. I've had the remote for less than a week, so I can't say much about the battery life of the remote. I hope to get at least a few months use. Overall, it works great so far and isn't very expensive at $20. It really makes driving and operating the stereo much safer. I would recommend it to everyone.
