I love this vacuum cleaner. I wanted a cordless vacuum that was lightweight yet powerful. I have a very sore back and anything I can buy will help make my life easier. I've researched sharks, dysons and others. During my research I came across this brand Tineco, which I had never heard of before. I went to the stores to see these stick vacuums in person. I wasn't impressed with the obviously low quality. Even the Dysons seemed cheap. Internet reviews were everywhere and many of the reviews said the Dysons had changed and the quality had dropped. Tineco's ratings have been impressive. I took the risk and ordered the A11 Master. When I unpacked it I was impressed. Neatly packaged, boxed by the manufacturer in a double carton, then each individual piece is additionally boxed and boxed. The parts seemed strong, durable and not cheap. I assembled the charging station and placed the parts on the brackets provided. I've been using this for three days. Running time is very good and battery change is not yet necessary. The suction power is very good and when you press the MAX button the suction power is amazing, like a big vacuum cleaner. At normal power, the noise level is really low, but at maximum it's still not as loud as a traditional vacuum cleaner. I have a parrot that makes a mess every day. Food trays and seeds are scattered all over the floor. My vacuum has to make multiple passes to clean up the mess. With this Tineco A11 you walk through the chaos and all the seeds and skins are gone! The A11 Master also has many attachments. The small powerful head even picks up my cat hair on the furniture, even things I can't see because the dust box collects a lot more than I can even see. I've only had this vacuum cleaner for a short time, but already like it. Plus, it's easy to apply and won't hurt your back! """UPDATE""" Two years have passed and the batteries have failed. They only hold a charge for about 5 minutes in a vacuum, not 30 minutes like new ones. Two new batteries cost half as much as a new vacuum cleaner. Battery technology still has a long way to go!
