. I should have ascertained this before ordering but for reference 200dB will result in instant death and 310dB is Krakatoa's purported loudness. While the horn didn't have a 60dB label, I think we can rule that out (and probably assume 60 is optimistic). I will return it when my new horn arrives. The included bracket is also the thinnest piece of buttered aluminum, which cracks if you place it in the same space as the vise, and the frequency is so high it's derogatory. I admit that price and color were my main reasons why I decided to give it a try.
