Excellent tire
I was embroidering something and wanted to put it in a nice little wooden frame for display. Didn't know it was rubber but it's ok for a finished project. I don't think it's a useful hoop to work on your project because you put the rubber on top of the inner plastic, but you can't adjust the tightness like a regular zippered embroidery hoop. This is a great hoop to display your decorating projects.
