Broken adapter best for hubs

What an absolute waste of money, bought this because I am now working from home due to the quarantine and needed extra USB ports to connect all my office equipment. The ONLY port on the adapter that worked was an extra USB-C port meant to support laptop charging, everything else seemed to be a dead port. Save money and buy another adapter, that will be back asap, and the downside of all this is that I really need it and I have to wait another week to actually get another adapter
