Review on 🚚 21-Inch Aluminum Lund 6134T Trailer Tongue Truck Box with Diamond Plated Finish in Sleek Silver by Eric Miller

I purchased a Tradesman Trailer Tongue Tool 21" aluminum tool box before our last hike to fit my 2011 CruiserRV XT-275 FunFinder Xtra toy dump truck." There were many items I wanted to pull from our basement storage and still have lockable, weatherproof storage. I've read several reviews that indicate disappointment with the thickness of the aluminum used in construction. However, I was satisfied as my device is ultra-light and we need to keep the useless weight to a minimum. The diamond plate is designed to offer strength and rigidity while maintaining a thin thickness. Unfortunately, our trip took us to the area of Raleigh, NC, and on Apr 16, 11 we were hit by a tornado while at Smithfield KOA Campground. For those wondering about the durability of the Tradesman's "thin metal" toolbox, one of the Trees that fell on our van landed on the tool box and electric jack. The impact broke the jack tongue and the tool box didn't even bend. When struck by an EF2 tornado, Tradesman's toolkit remained weatherproof. The wind was strong enough to throw our 30 foot toy dump truck back about 1.5 feet so the wind was blowing right on the tool box. The only reason I'm giving this review four stars instead of five is because I genuinely believe a mounting solution should come with the box. Tradesman leaves you alone in this regard.
