Very good for softwood and plastic.

They are very suitable for softwood and plastic. Don't even try on metal. I cut some nails but the blade took too long and became unusable. I will only buy Dewalt original metal blades for some hard to reach cuts. It's cheaper to use a 4-1/2 grinder to cut metals whenever possible. For hardwoods, pick the most expensive ones and use them wisely.
