Revainrating 5 out of 5

Not too big, not too small, just right! (Goldilocks)

I have 3 Samsung drives (2 T3 and now 1 is now T5). Used for travel and/or photography projects. I have used a similar case (hard side compartment with mesh pocket, about 1/3 larger) for the T3 that I take with me when I travel and actually prefer the larger (red) one as it has 'excess space' for both cables and for e.g. for a flash drive and/or an SD/CF card or two. In a carry-on, pocket, or camera bag, the size difference is similar to the difference between a standard deck of cards and a Uno or Tarot deck, about 1/3 more. So this case: I left it at home on my last trip to store T3 (very comfortable fit; T3 and T5 are almost the same size). And I took a slightly larger version so that I could safely store other important data on a small flash drive. Now at home I look at it again and evaluate how it fits the shape. It's almost like the "skin" for T5/T3 but with a nice soft protective cover. Easily (and smugly) holds two cords. If it helps, based on my experience I would say this item is durable, functional and the minimum size for a 'bag' or suitcase. I don't use belts. so I can't comment on anything. The entire case fits *almost* into the drive and cables, so definitely don't go any smaller. It's perfect and priced right. There are slightly larger versions if you want/need a bit more space for your "main storage" that you keep close to you or keep in a hotel safe etc. But it's all small, this one and the larger one I have ("for T3"), both are really good, protect, zippers do their job (at least for me!) and no problems at all. Perfect for the T3/T5, and the tapered fit basically adds no (or a lot) of extra room. Practically. Functional. Economically. My choice, FWIW.
