Review on 🎨 Strathmore 105-975 400 Series Sketch Artist Tiles: Fine Tooth, 6x6, 70 Sheets, White - Unleash Your Artistic Potential by Gelin Battle

This is a nice little notebook I was given to practice zentangling. Some reviewers complained about the paper's thinness, but the notepad clearly labels 60-pound paper. I found this to work great with both black and colored Sakura pens. They bleed very little, if at all, so they work great on this notebook, as do the smudged pens. For artistic work I prefer to use at least a 100lb Bristol, but for painting it's great. My grandkids keep borrowing it - they like the small size for quick photos. Pencils, crayons, and art markers are fine—they're probably too thin for more liquid markers like Crayolas. I drew an entire page in very light ink and had no problems with bleeding. The perforation could be better - the pages don't tear as quickly as they should. The paper is off-white (more like ivory or off-white); would have preferred a lighter white for better contrast. The small size fits easily in my large shoulder bag and is a delight to take with me for quick sketches. Now I have to buy a few more so I can "share".
