Works well, obviously need to watch out for drilling speed, but I make very clean wheels in .050 aluminum with some WD40 as a lube at 250rpm. If you need to make a precise hole or repeat , you can place a vernier caliper between the flat on the centerpiece and the flat on the slider and adjust from there. I'm not sure how long the tool stays sharp, but it seems easy enough to sharpen. Just wear goggles and keep an eye on the location of the clamp, you don't want to run this guy into the C clamp.
