no '0' ring fitted to ensure no leaks
got a new block but after installation it leaked like my old regulator. I took it apart and found the o-ring was missing. delivered and installed. So I disassembled my old regulator, removed the old o-ring and installed it in the new regulator and then it finally worked leak free.
