Review on πŸ₯§ Convenient and Durable Handi-Foil 12" Aluminum Foil Pie Pan with Extra-Deep Design - Pack of 12 Disposable Tin Plates by Ralph Gerry

Perfect for my use. in disposable cookware

I have a Broil King Keg Kamado Grill/Smoker. Rather than a cast iron or porcelain heat spreader, what appears to be a black painted paella pan is used. Filled with water, it catches drips of fat and liquid from smoked meats while providing the indirect cooking required for slow and slow smoking. Works great, but it burns badly on the bottom and can leave a big mess that needs cleaning up in the pot itself. The diffuser is placed in a wire basket hanging next to the fire under the cooking grate. What if you could find an aluminum foil baking sheet that would fit on the same rack? Yes you can. That's it. When smoking a relatively clean cut of meat, one of these pans can be used two or more times. During a very long and messy cook, instead of spending at least half an hour reviving the paella pan, you can just crumple up the used pan and throw it away. So far I haven't noticed any difference in grill performance whether it's a paella pan or those foil cake pans. By the way, what is "transparency" in relation to an aluminum cake pan?
