Terribly out of square

This item isn't exactly a high quality plane, but you'd expect to have some sort of quality control.The front edge appeared as if it took a dive into a concrete floor, as one side was about 1/16"-1/8" shorter than the other side. It was jagged and curled over very badly. It took a lot of cleanup to get it to a state where it wouldn't shred your project when used.After hours of work, it's an okay tool. Not sure I'll buy from woodcraft as much now though (don't even get me started on the chisels I just received from them. 😬)
