The burner I received did not work. All the CDs I put in said they were full or couldn't read them. I tried CD-r and CDrw and both didn't work with new blanks. I am disappointed in this product. I'm not sure if I have the wrong CDs or if the burner is defective. I will buy the next CD from the store to make sure I get the right CDs for the burner. Technology isn't my specialty and I need real people to guide me. I thought I could save money by going online, but it's not for me.
