The mirror mounting makes this part incompatible with Honda elements
Honda element can't have a mirror assembly, otherwise you won't be able to put the axle back in because the gap is about 1cm only. You need a fully sealed ball joint for Honda items, Moog is fully sealed, I would choose that brand for the ball joint (or OE of course).
