A terrible product, not satisfied with the purchase at all!

When unpacking, the phone turned out to be previously opened, there was no factory film on the box, but only local branded strips glued on top of the box. There was no branded label from Samsung on the screen with the name of the model. When turned on, it booted up as if it had already been used before. Production Vietnam. The sticker on the back was in Ukrainian, cut out for Ukraine. I do not recommend buying.

The main disadvantage is the reduced memory of the phone by a quarter from the declared 32 to the actual 24 gigabytes. Guys, this is a lot. Mom has a model a 12 with 64 GB. It's truncated by 9 GB. Almost the same. This upset me a lot.
