I like that it is web based which means you can access anywhere even when at work, home or travel! They have really good customer service too - they are willing to help with any questions we may still had about using your system after training us from start. It does require some time for setup of fields but once everything was set up then very easy going through process!! And so far not anything has come out negative as well just keep doing what's needed in order do solve problems if need be.- We love having this tool available everywhere. When away from office/home base there isn't always someone around who know exactly how certain claim forms should look; whether its an estimate form etc., Now when travelling/working remotely all these issues solved since I'm able to make notes directly into my own account (which syncs over email). There nothing currently dislike yet either only continue solving our needs whenever possible:- Easy way track change log /notes while working off site and remotely without forgetting things. Very helpful especially during emergency situations where one person cannot take care of several tasks such as submitting estimates or making calls back due date reminders etc..- The benefits include being I like the fact that it is easy to upload the mobile app and the website is also very easy to navigate. It is a very quick and simple process to upload and process the data. The reporting is easy to create. I dislike that sometimes the data is not updated in the system quickly enough for us to get the data that we need. We have been able to streamline our process and make it more efficient for our insurance carriers.
