Poor packaging resulting in severe kinking in the tube.
The hose had some severe kinks that made it difficult to fit into the gas tank I was trying to empty. I had to douse each with very hot water to soften them, then press to the side and hold until cool. Makes it much better but still annoying to use. Then I had to fill and refill and pump only 1.5 gallons of gas from the generator's gas tank into the gas tank over and over again. Not impossible to use, but a 10 minute task took an hour and a half. I can't return it (because the hose is now full of gas), but I've come up with a few new swear words as I've worked on it.
