My favorite feature is missing - and only one of the 2 promised was sent

The gadget itself is acceptable - my old one's feature, which I used the most, is missing - a pointed can opener (it folds by a handle) that makes triangular holes in the top of the glass. But this was not promised in the description. If I could find one with this feature I would be much happier. Which was promised - no less capitalized - that buyers would receive a package of 2. NOT TRUE. You only sent one.
