Review on URO Parts 11 838 797 by Michael Boyce

I ordered this part after seeing 7 5 star reviews and 3 1 star reviews. I regret taking the risk. Part arrived this afternoon. Fits my car perfectly. BUT THE COMPRESSION PISTON WAS ONLY SECURED AFTER 3 ATTEMPTS. I tested it once to make sure it works. I tightened it again to be ready to install the strap. The first time it was not possible to install the belt on the pulley. I tried to recompress the tensioner and it jammed. IT DOES NOT MOVE AT ALL. I waited a few minutes, tried again - FULLY CAPTURED WILL NOT COMBINE. I have already ordered a replacement. That's the poor thing.
