Faulty screen in in-dash navigation

The radio did not fit in the standard two din bracket that I had my last radio in. The screen is broken and constantly starts hitting buttons haphazardly everywhere, resulting in a mute or navigating through various menu items. Doesn't show your phone, just asks you to download a Vietnamese app. that also does not work. There is also no way to contact the company. waste of time and money. Currently back.
