I used it on a trip to Alaska last summer

I have a Garmin Montana GPS that I use for geocaching. Last summer I took my RV on a "wish list" trip to Alaska. I put it on the windshield and attached the Montana to it so I could see it while driving. After 17,000 miles, 5 months and over 400 Geo Caches I have nothing but good things to say about Montana and this holder/charger. If you are purchasing a Garmin Montana, be sure to add this windshield assembly to your order. Karl
