Review on 🔧 Hillman Group 47869 16 Inch Building Construction Tool by Barry Hill

Vinyl shutters come with vinyl fasteners. Drill a 1/4" hole and then insert a 3" plastic scribe into the hole. Sounds good, works fine until a few years pass. Twice I found my blinds flapping because the fasteners became brittle and broke. The first attempt was simply to order more vinyl closures, after a few years these broke too. So I bought her. They are attractive, rust resistant and fit snugly into pre-drilled 1/4" holes. These will never come loose! The problem will be solved inexpensively and permanently!
