I professionally installed this in my wife's Chevy Traverse. It worked fine for about 3 days and died. Got into protection mode. To fix this, the installer disabled all inputs and outputs, then restarted and after a few seconds went into protection mode. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent it in for warranty repair at my expense. After 3 weeks I got it back. Plugged in, played quietly for 5 minutes and turned off again. Same problem. They won't refund me so I sent it back but had to buy my wife a used one so she could have music (and On Star, alert tones etc) while we wait again. I plan to put it in my truck so I can test it when it comes back.
