Well made product with excellent support

This is a smart and thoughtful product. Fit and finish are perfect. Including spare parts bag. I think the price is a bit high given the mass production of the boards which I think is the main cost here but I still don't feel too cheated. Now I have to say the customer support is amazing. One of the Pi POE hats and the I/O move board had a broken component but was still in the static bag. It looks like there is no solder on the legs and/or not fully attached. Support responded to my email within a day asking for photos. They then advised that the particular capacitor that fell out would not affect safety or performance and the board could be used, including that it would not damage the POE connector on my switch either. (Maybe just the filter cap? Not sure.) However, they immediately sent a new replacement board and apologized. In the end, thanks to such service, the price seemed right. Kudos to UCtronics for the excellent service. Drivers for OLED displays worked fine with the included instructions (at least on Raspbian. Haven't tried other options). By default, they pass through various characteristics. I've included a shaking video for the curious (sorry, stood up). You can also see some flashes of SD recording just below the display. It's just a through hole. Your POE hat on a Raspberry Pi4B with 4GB RAM uses about 3.5W. like the average AP. A great low-cost way to run PI in a convenient 1U rack. I run them for non-critical home DNS and non-enterprise content filtering solutions. It did a good job clearing out the pile of debris and wires that lay on the shelf.
