I received this gasket and noticed a small gap on the coolant side before installing it on my F150. I figured it should be designed that way for some reason and install it anyway. As you might guess, the gasket was leaking and I had to put another gasket back in. The seller was kind enough to refund my money, but I ended up having to buy another 6 quarts of oil, an oil filter and 6 gallons of coolant. I decided to order another one (for $9 why not?) just to see if the first pad wasn't random. The new gasket looked good and still works great.
