The interface seems intuitive enough for most users (at least those with basic computer skills). I like that it allows me to easily track patients who are not currently seeing my practice but have been referred from another doctor's office/practice - which has saved us significant time! There may still some features we're missing as well; however there was one feature request where they said "we cannot do" because their system didn't allow them to use certain functions within an applet window without using Java Script disabled browser settings. Our IT department recommended switching over to handypatients due to how easy-to-use its web version seemed versus other applications out there such as Practice Fusion etc. We've realized that having access to previous appointments makes tracking easier since you don't need to search through each appointment individually when trying to find what happened previously vs now.
