I would give this 5 stars but only one of them worked from day one. What I use for salt was great! At the time of writing this review I have had it for 6 months. The one I use for pepper doesn't work properly. It grinds, but it's either a whole peppercorn or a very VERY coarse grind, and the LED doesn't work at all. I changed the batteries in the non-working one but to no avail. The item says it's on Amazon. I contacted Amazon 2 minutes ago and they basically said it's such a shame they are so sad and told me they are not for sale from them. Soooo 2 stars because there is NO customer support and only one of them worked. But one that works. Works perfectly. However, the first set of batteries gives me my favorite salt. Because this one works so well it really frustrates me that I don't have one that works as well for my peppers.
