I love that it has all my favorite foods in one place! It's really easy to use so anyone can get started right away without needing any training or help from me (my dietitian).
The database seems limited because some things are not included like sugar alcohols which makes sense but also sometimes there just isn't enough info listed if you're looking at something specific such as "dairy". There were times when we had trouble getting certain nutrients added even though they fit our food groups perfectly with no adjustments needed - this was after trying other programs too many time where everything worked out fine until suddenly nothing would show up anymore!! Sometimes items don’t have nutritional information available either unless your program says otherwise; however most do include these details somewhere within their menus/food descriptions section- try searching around first before asking questions? Also make sure what version number matches yours since newer versions may be better than older ones depending upon how.
