Installed as expected. Six months later the truck does not work, jump, charge battery, check if the battery is dead when the truck is off. Check the parasitic load and see that it is. Spent a day trying to figure out what it could be, finally shut down the generator and no more parasitic load. The test and the diodes failed. Warranty return policy is a heavy burden, removing and replacing parts is another burden, faulty parts are not a sign of quality equipment. Better eat $100+/- and buy something local I can get right now and get back on the road, lifetime guarantee so I know it's built to last.
