I'm having trouble with the transfer speed from the top to the bottom of the router. Even with the WIFI6 mesh, the speed did not exceed 6-800Mbps. My house is old and of course didn't have ethernet. Running Cat5 or 6 is too hard. Using Ethernet over power lines was even worse than WIFI. I tried this type of MoCA a few years ago and back then it was no better than WIFI. Faced with unstable WiFi speeds and dropouts, I decided to try an existing old TV cable connecting floors, hoping that over time the technology would mature. Although this has a specification of 2.5 Gbps. I was skeptical and would be happy if it could consistently hit 1 Gb/s. Setup is easy for me because I don't have cable TV and my cable modem was on a separate line that the cable company set up. There is no crosstalk. After connecting both devices to each end of the cable, I used my main Open Speedtest PC as a server on one end and my laptop with a 2.5GBe USB adapter on the other. To my great surprise, I was able to reach 2.5 GB/s. tour! This turned out to be the easiest and a lot cheaper than hiring someone to run the ethernet cable. Also note that this option is slightly more expensive than the 1Gbps port, but it's worth it.
