I was interested in this cordless meat thermometer because of the many sensors. With 4 probes I can track multiple cuts of meat at the same time. I've also had 2 probes in the same cut of meat - for example when smoking port wine I can position one probe closer to the bone and the other farther away. I was able to control the temperature between my gas grill and smoker at the same time. The sensors seem accurate compared to other meat thermometers I have, and there is also a very high level of accuracy "between the sensors" when I tested 2 sensors side by side. The range is good, which allows me to be indoors while observing. While not an app-based system, I find this "hardware" system intuitive and easy to use. Thumbs up.
