Works well. On Saturday the starter screeched, ordered one and on Monday he was at the entrance, on Tuesday it was changed. If you have an XJ that needs a new starter motor, even if you don't have mechanical tendencies, try replacing it yourself. Actually 2 nuts and 2 screws. No tire removal etc. (You must disconnect the battery to start work). Easiest starter I've ever changed. I always prefer buying new electrical components to refurbished ones, this one seems to work fine.
