Works great for less than the OEM part
Both rear windows stopped working on my Dodge Nitro. Installation wasn't particularly difficult if you have some mechanical skills as the inner door panel needs to be removed, but after that attaching the glass to the lift mechanism is the hardest part. Has been running for a few months now, window works great.
