Perfect for my 2007 Dodge Nitro. There are no instillation problems at all. The motor is quiet and not sluggish at all. Feels like a solid piece that will last. Because of the price difference between Mopar and Dorman, I would suggest Dorman. As long as he feels and behaves well.

Both rear windows stopped working on my Dodge Nitro. Installation wasn't particularly difficult if you have some mechanical skills as the inner door panel needs to be removed, but after that attaching the glass to the lift mechanism is the hardest part. Saved me so much! I had to replace this part in my Nitro on both sides in the back seat. I was offered $400 to have both sides repaired by a professional and that was a bit extreme for me. My husband youtube how to make it yourself and we ordered both sides. It took him less than an hour to do both and we saved a ton of money! And the shipping was pretty quick! I decided to buy because of the free return shipping. I wasn't sure I would need it when we actually took the door apart. We really had to replace it. The facility is not for the faint of heart. The hardest part was putting the doorknob back on. The hole is not big enough to insert and rotate like the original part. I would not buy it again for this reason.
