Fits perfectly in my 2014 GMC Sierra cab, 6.5ft bed. The factory holes were present and perfectly matched this product. Very intuitive setup. Thoughtful design of brackets and screws makes installation easier. It flexes a bit when stepped on but feels sturdy enough for my 185 pounds. I don't remember what it's for, but I would be wary of users older than 200 years. It snaps/lifts easily and I'm not afraid the tier will fall off on its own even with the hardest hits. Just remember to put it back before you travel. Excellent ground clearance. Sits above the rear bumper. However, it's a bit expensive.
