I like how easy it is to use, once you get used to it, everything is very clear and organized. It's not as user friendly if you are not familiar with computers. The more complex forms can be difficult to fill out. Make sure you have all of your information saved in advance so you don't have to go back to fill in missing info later. We were looking for an easier way to fill out the necessary paperwork for our upcoming cremation. This was perfect! You can do almost all of the paper work online and we didn't have to print anything out or go through any physical paperwork.
