They did quick work with 20-23mm and 14-17mm twin ear crimp terminals. The 20-23mm clamp on the garden hose was a bit stiffer than the 14-17mm clamp and the second ear had to be held on my hip with two hands. One thing you might notice when lifting your pliers: the edges of the side jaws. do not meet. It's as intended, according to the pictures on the KCTool website I've included. The red arrow points to the gap I mean. I used the front and side crimping dies and they both crimped. You might think the toe piece is cutting when the edges touch. They're not for me, but I used "crimp force" rather than "cut force". I have not investigated their use for slicing.
