Review on Universal Diameter Performance Silicone Vacuum Replacement Parts by Dan Phillips

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Robust, highly functional upgrade

Great upgrade and repair on my 1988 Toyota pickup. The hoses are a large diameter, larger than what you're pulling from the engine, but space shouldn't be an issue unless you feel like millimeters matter going through an intake manifold or similar, e.g. B. through a very narrow channel. I figured I could go without using clamps and found that some vacuum ports just close with dried dish soap and others don't and eventually need some sort of clamp, particularly the larger diameter hoses (which I've found regardless of the fact that my car Clamps used for these particular connections, and I've successfully reused that hardware, as have you if you can.) It's not the biggest problem, and it shouldn't be. These hoses easily answer what can be a very common problem when it comes to older vehicles that are primarily driven under vacuum, and they are well worth it. The color is light blue which didn't bother me as much as the price which I think is very fair for all the sizes you get.

Pros
  • Operating pressure: 0.3 to 0.9 MPa.
Cons
