These rock anchors are good value for money. They are relatively easy to install. You will need a flathead screwdriver to remove the cover from the truck bed. Attach the screw to the bracket and tighten until the screw shows through. Don't forget to attach the foam pad to the anchor. Position the latch parallel to the anchor and insert it into the hole in the truck wall. Turn the screw clockwise and pull out until the bracket is seated. Finger tighten the screw and complete with a 1/2 inch socket wrench. A ratchet wrench will not work. I recommend it and will buy it again.
