Review on 🍋 EcoJeannie® Jumbo Size FLAT PRESS Stainless Steel Lemon Squeezer + Free Citrus Tap - Ultimate Manual Juicer for Perfectly Pressed Lemon and Lime Juice (LS0003) by John Chembola

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Winner! in manual juicers

Benefits of a flat press Just as handy and accurate as a standard lemon squeezer Squeezes almost as much juice as a standard juicer Works with a reasonable range of lemons to handle, unlike traditional lemon juicers Cons Good old juicer bigger and extract some more juice. Conclusion My good old juicer has just reached retirement age. My favorite garlic press is from an unknown French manufacturer (see first photo). It is made of solid stainless steel with only a rotary press as the moving part. He's also approaching 20. I usually crush my garlic presses after 2-3 years. Yes, that's right, the metal lies crumpled in your hand. Ah, that's all I know, otherwise I would have bought the shares. Legend has it that there is a lemon squeezer with the same design, but I couldn't find it. And I did, because most lemon squeezers don't even squeeze half the juice of the good old juicers of yesteryear (see pic 2 with the Oxo juicer of yesteryear). in picture 2), I was very happy. I *love* the lemon squeezer - handy, neat, but every once in a while it makes an ominous creak as I frantically try to squeeze as much juice out of the juicer as the juicer of yore did. When the flat press arrived (along with a plastic tap for the lemons, which were immediately tossed in the bin. Who needs *drips* of juice?), I pulled out the lemons and started weighing them. Then I squeezed the juice out of them and weighed the juice. Percentage of juice squeezed (as a percentage of the lemon's total weight) Lemon Squeezer (Standard) - 23% Old Good Juicer - 40% (!) Zee Flat Squeezer - 38% Well, technically the juicer won, but I already realized that I am lazy, and was willing to use a squeezer if I just needed a squirt instead of real juice. The flat press just left with all the lemon juice. I wonder how many more decades can this go on? The steel of this garlic press is damn heavy.
