UPDATE: I changed this from 1 star to 4 stars for 2 reasons: 1. The tech support email responded in less than 24 hours2. They had a solution that worked with minimal effort. They recommended replacing the classic version of Viewtools with an enhanced version that already had the data transfer rate I needed and was ready to use. They also have documentation on their website that helped me understand the custom baud rate settings. I would give them 5 stars but the filter setup documentation is still a bit vague. It can use several real examples showing screenshots of filter settings and corresponding capture results. Otherwise it's a nice little tool. I like screw terminals instead of going from DB9. Based on my minimal web research, it looks like its functionality is on par with the GridConnect device, which costs over $600 for both hardware and software. The software appears to allow custom baud rates, but without the documentation it's impossible to figure out how. I am using USB-CAN Classic from the seller's website. Not recommended.
