Received these socks last week as I needed a good new pair of running socks to train for a half marathon. The tongue on the back goes high enough to protect my ankle from chafing and the arch support is great. I wouldn't wear them for running in the summer because they're pretty thick, but other than that they're awesome. I'm a size 7 1/2 and I have a set that fits sizes 5-10 but they are a bit long. There is a little excess length at the bottom of the sock that needs to be managed, but once they're on you won't notice it too much. I will definitely buy them again when the time comes to replace them.
